Reality checks: Seeing through eyelids.
LUCID UNTIL .. MERMAID BOOBIES!? (my first reasonably vivid lucid dream)
I've tried
WBTB a few times now and give it another shot. I go to bed after staying up for as long as i can which is probably only 10-20 minutes since i'm just so sleepy and cant think of anything else to do.
I prepare to
WILD and i know i'm running a danger of losing consciousness, my mind was that tired, but if i had stayed up longer my body would have become too awake and tense. So i lay there and put all my concentration on staying awake enough to
WILD. I tell myself over and over (
MILD) that i will awake in the next dream, and keep checking if i'm dreaming "am i dreaming now?... how about now?.." etc.
lol, i fall into darkness or unconscious for what felt like a minute, but suddenly to my surprise, i see something very vague in the darkness in front of my eyes. I ask "am i dreaming now?" and i
RC, which in this case i suspect that i can see through my closed eye lids, and as i focus the scene becomes slightly clearer. I realize one cannot see thru eyelids so i am dreaming.
I seize the opportunity to make the image clearer by focusing on it, it turns out i'm facing our fridge and looking at the fridge magnets! When i recognize the scene i feel i am in the kitchen and i turn around to face the dining room. I notice the visuals are still a little fuzzy and unstable so i concentrate on simply feeling that i'm there and i say "Vividness now!" and the scene becomes clearer, i keep saying "clarity now!" and similar words experimenting on what works, and when the scene is believably clear, i feel more like i'm really there and begin to walk happily to the balcony door. I open it and go outside, fully amused at being so lucid. I go to the end of the balcony and jump up and down trying to fly. Its too real i feel the thud of my feet on the wooden flooring each time i land, and i get caught in that darn clothes line my mother has there. Which in this dream is the colour that it usually is. I moved away from the clothes line and notice there is some sunlight touching the balustrade. I also notice that i am cold in the morning winter shade and desperately want to put my dream body into the sunlight. I climb up onto the balustrade, and look up to where the sun is. First it is just peeking over our roof, and i'm just checking its position so that i can stand up in the right place. Then i stand up and look at it, knowing that one can look directly at the sun in a dream. I open my arms wide to feel the warmth of the sunshine on my dream body and i soak up the warmth. Something catches my eye, i've never stood on my balcony in this way and i can see a new angle over the side of our house. It looked beautiful, somehow instead of normal boring trees there were palm trees there going all the way down the hill, the grass was so green. I see people there just down the hill, its a group doing tai chi, and everyone is wearing clean and fashionable clothing. I watch them and feel calm, i see one lady which looks like a Tibetan, she is sitting in meditation, smiling peacefully. She invisibly acknowledges me and knows i am watching even though she has her eyes closed! I soon finish warming myself and observing this beautiful scene, and i move off the balcony into the back yard. I go exploring down the hill, and i meet someone there at the back of our land. I can't recall now what happened or who this person was, all i know is that i had some kind of struggle down there, and a male figure, had either helped me out or perhaps he was apart of the struggle and we came to an agreement. Anyhoo, next thing i remember is that its time to go back, and i head back to my house. As i walk up the hill i think "what a shameful lucid dream this would be if i went back without even figuring out how to fly!" So i began running, and the man behind me decides to assist me by frightening me into running away from him so fast that i'm forced to jump up and push off these random walls that happen to be there and begin to fly up towards my house, where i reach a door in one of these random walls, the so called "exit from this dream". I dont feel like finishing this dream i want to keep flying, so i fly past it to what looks like a large construction site where only the first floor of the building had been built. I fly above it being careful not to get near the giant cranes set up to build something as large as a shopping center. I guess i'm not as lucid now, i fly lower now and into a large warehouse where i see shipments of those purple crystal clusters. I hear the voice of person who bought them say "they will sell" and then i fly to the next block of products which is full of decorative glass bowls.
I must have flown into the next non-lucid dream, i'm now flying around some sort of pier near the sea. Some sort of accident happens, perhaps a ship crashes into the pier or a bridge falls down. The gods made this happen as a consequence of something in the previous dream (perhaps the wholesale of the crystals?). Next i recall seeing all these people and mermaids being injured from the accident. Other mermaids with big boobs, come to pick them up and carry them away, all mermaids had big boobs. Some of the surviving humans were left on the pier. The mermaids have to work quickly on resuscitating the injured mermaids. They do so by rubbing the outer part of the injured mermaids boobs! the boobs turn rubbery and the mermaids recover! Other mermaids were not so easily resuscitated and were taken to a very beautiful indoor pool area. This building looks very fantasy-like with aqua green walls and the lighting makes everyone look brightly coloured almost like animations. However this contrasts a little with so many injuries around. among them i observe a mermaid resuscitating another by doing the boob rubbing thing. The injured mermaids boob is rubbed (not the nipple part, the fleshy side), until finally the rubbing gives way to a hole in the skin where a white rubbery surface appears from beneath the skin. This white stuff emits some bubbly stuff which helps the mermaid revive somehow. The skin immediately recovers back to normal boobies!
How can i improve: I wouldn't know what to improve on regarding the way lucidity started, i had a moment of total reality there in the dining room stabilizing myself and experiencing feeling really real, almost physical. However i think i should re-stabilize every few minutes or whenever i move on to another activity.

Comment: i like comparing reality with these dreams for fun. Its the middle of winter here and indeed when i woke up today it was an unusually sunny morning. I checked my mums tai chi time table which is located on the fridge door. There are no Thursday classes.
Thirdly, i came across a lot of anime illustrations and big boobed figurine photos yesterday while web searching pictures of angels in Japanese.
