I had nothing to write yesterday. I remembered a couple, but since they weren't lucids, I didn't try too hard. Today I had a couple more, and wrote them down.

Soul Calibur 4 game/discussion/Animal fight with Cap'n

This was all over the place. I first remember I was playing SC4 as Taki, and was running around doing her B+K,B,B,B move on the dark side of this asteroid. On the other side, there was a different video game going on. I only remember a boy and a girl were wandering around. They were evil or something and the light hurt them. I knew there was a city up ahead of them called the city of light, and they would have to go around it.

Then I was in the trailer park, over on the other side of the creek, and I was having a discussion with my old friend from the Soul Calibur forums, Cap'n Cervantes. I said something about SC5 should be a prequel to the game, and that would be good. IDR what he said, but then somehow he turned into a fish, and I turned into a rooster. We were having a Soul Calibur battle, and I had a spear with an arrowpoint on the end. I stabbed at him with it, and it somehow wrapped around his neck and hung him. So I won.

Then I saw him in a bin with a bunch of other fish. There were workers taking the fish out and tossing them somewhere. One worker picked him up and said, "We've got happy fish here!" They also had names for some of the other fish who were in the bin still alive. Then I was somehow made to know that it was the next day, and the worker picked him up again and said, "We've got happy fish here!"

Then I think I woke up.

One wish at the steel mill/Kimbo fighting

I remember that I was in this steel mill, and this guy had a mold that he poured molten aluminum in to make something. IDK. It looked really hot. I wondered how he was gonna carry it away from the crucible, but he wrapped it up in newspaper, to protect himself from the heat, and put it under his arm and walked away. I had some zinc I wanted to melt, but I thought about how the temperature was probably wrong, and if I put the cold zinc in there, it might explode.

Then the dream shifted, and there was this genie, I guess, who looked like just an ordinary guy. He had given me one wish before, and now I had another wish I could make. I knew that it was some kind of trick, like all genies' wishes are, and instead of wishing for something I really wanted, I had wished to be "Itsy bitsy tiny," so the genie couldn't find me to kill me after I made the wish. I thought for a minute maybe he wouldn't try to trick me, but as soon as I became tiny, like microscopically tiny, the genie started stomping around trying to step on me.

Then my wife was there, but again, it didn't look like her, she had nasty hair growing on the sides of her belly. I used my tininess to sneak up to her with a razor and shave the hair off. She wasn't feeling well, and the genie was mad at me for bothering her like that.

Then the dream shifted again, and I was watching this American Indian guy who was pretty big, getting ready to fight with Kimbo. (Some big bald, bearded black guy whose only talent is being able to beat the crap out of just about anyone, which of course makes him famous on the internets). Then they started fighting. I hoped the Indian would win, he knew some kind of martial art, but Kimbo just kept hitting him, and there wasn't much he could do. After it was over, I told him not to feel bad.

At The Mall/Trees in the field

I remember being at The Mall in the food court. There was a Subway there, I guess, or it was a lot like Subway. I was trying to eat less, so I ordered a wrap. I wanted it with turkey, ham and roast beef. I said, "So I suppose that's actually called a club." The girl behind the counter started to make it, then I turned around and saw some kids running around the mall trying to fly kites indoors. I thought that probably wouldn't work, because there was no wind. Most of the kids were having a hard time, but one had a delta kite and it was actually flying pretty well, as long as he kept moving. Then I turned back, and the meat from my sandwich was gone. There was only lettuce and some honey mustard sauce, and the girl looked confused. She said that it came with chicken, so I guess she didn't know what to do. I asked if I could put just ham instead of the chicken and she kinda smiled and said it would cost extra. I was like whatever.

I vaguely remember eating it then, and it was good IIRC.

Then I was in The Field near where I used to live, and there were all these trees growing along side of the back road. I somehow knew they were trees that I planted, and I was really proud that they had grown so tall so quickly. They were all about 6 feet tall, and there were even some pine trees. I knew I had just recently planted those, so I was glad they were doing so well. There was also the large pot that my croton grows in IRL. It was directly under the the middle of the high voltage tower, and there was some other kind of plant growing in it. It looked like some kind of grass. IDK.

That's about all I remember. I knew more when I woke up, but now I forgot it. :(

Yeah, it was fairly good. I don't know how some people eat sandwiches with no meat on them. I've never had the Veggie sandwich at Subway and I don't think I ever will LOL.

Hanging out with Taki

This was a pretty cool dream. In it, I was walking around this neighborhood with Taki from Soul Calibur. (I've been playing a lot lately). There were also portions of the dream where I was controlling her like in the game, and there were other portions where I was her.

I was her, and I was in this industrial area, and Raphael was there with me. He had a big piece of bacon and was using it as his sword. He was doing that move with the multiple stabbings IDR what it is, I think B+K,B,B,B,B. I was trying to see if I could do my Wind Stalker K and land the kicks on him while he was doing it. We separated to the correct distance so I would land right in front of him, and we tried it. IDR who won.

The next thing I remember is being in an ice cave, and somehow a huge chunk of ice landed on Raphael and he was then encased inside of it. I think I asked him something, but he just shook his head. I wondered how he was able to shake his head seeing that he was totally frozen in ice. I somehow understood that he wouldn't survive this. I knew someone would be mad at me for getting him killed later. In the ice cave with us was Cervantes! He was evil, just like in the game, and wanted to fight. IDK if he made the ice fall on Raphael or not, but then I was fighting him, and we were on the side of this mountain. I thought it was better to have the high ground, but he kept slashing at my legs, so I sidestepped around him to be on the other side. I then realized how stupid this was since now he had the high ground, so I went around again to the other side. Now I was controlling Taki like I do in the game. They fought all the way up the mountain, and then Cervantes was at the very top and Taki did the Wind Stalker A+K jump over him. She landed behind him and removed his helmet from his head. He instantly turned into a dried out corpse, kneeling there on the mountain. I hadn't expected that to happen, but was satisfied with it.

Then me and Taki were walking around what I think was a park, or maybe a college campus, and unfortunately nothing sexual happened. We were just hanging out. I think we were near the area where The Steep Hill is, but I didn't actually see it this time in the dream. If I had, I'd probably have gotten lucid this time.

Oh well, it was still a fun dream.

French guy with potato chips

I forgot almost all of this one. I only remember that I was in a store of some kind, or maybe a restaurant at the bar, and there was a French guy behind the counter. My mom and wife were there too, and we had a bag of potato chips. I opened them, but then the French guy took them and started handing out three chips at a time, one for each of us. I wished he would just give me back the bag so I could get them out myself, but he kept doing it. I said to him, "What is it? You think American's are just so lazy that we can't get our own potato chips out of the bag?" IDK why, but I somehow felt this was offensive to him.

There was a lot more, but I forgot it now.

A girlfriend for Cliff

I was first in this grocery store with my mom, and there were these two fairly hot babes in there who were sisters. My mom said that one of them was interested in Cliff, a guy from my church. She also said that it would be a good match, because these girls were dark, like South American, and she said Cliff and his family were all really pale. (They're not, particularly). We were then talking to the girls and I said, "Yeah, you would be a good match for Cliff! You two should get together!" I wasn't sure which of the two actually liked him though, so I asked, and the one, who was slightly older and less dark, said it was her sister.

I was concerned that one of them would end up liking me, and then I'd have to tell her I was married. But then I felt that I had my wedding ring on, so I decided that wouldn't be a problem. We all left the store, and they got in their car and we got in ours. My mom said, "I wouldn't be surprised if they holler at you." (meaning that one of them likes me). I said, "I don't think so, they both seemed pretty stand-offish." I was trying to pull out so that I would be right behind them, but there were other cars coming, and then when we went to turn out of the parking lot, there were more cars coming still, so we lost them.

Airship river excursion/Gay pool party/Hanging out with Aylee

This was all over the place. I think I remember most of the events, unfortunately I don't remember how each event tied together. :(

The first thing I remmeber was being on an airship, and we were flying over this river. The ship was like an aircraft carrier, with a big flat deck on top where we were all standing. There were dozens of people. Torg from Sluggy Freelance was there too. After flying a while, the ship stopped, we knew this was going to happen, and we all slid off the front. Torg had a plan though. We all had umbrellas and he had us open them all at the same time. This slowed our fall for a minute, but then Torg said, "And something will happen right about NOW," and then the umbrellas all turned inside-out and we fell faster. It was okay though because we all landed in the water and most people did some flips and dives.

Then I was somehow in a pool instead of the river. I don't know where everyone went, but there were only 3 guys there with me. They were all flamingly gay. Each person, when they stepped in the water would cause a certain color on everyone else's clothes to light up, otherwise, we were all black and white. One of the gay guys had his feet in the water and there was some trim on everyone's socks that turned dark green. I put one foot in the water and it brought out some yellow color. My other foot brought out a light green. Apparently the other guys weren't happy with this and they told me to get lost. There was a plastic bag on the pool deck that somehow let them know what color was assigned to everyone else. They saw a bright magenta on there that belonged to some girl, and they said they had to get her over there.

I was leaving and I said, "Yeah, you faggots would like that, wouldn't you?" I was climbing up on these white shelves and was now in my bathroom. I knew that through the medicine cabinet there was a portal to another world. I wanted to go through it. I thought about just cutting a hole lower in the wall, but figured that would be more trouble than just climbing through the medicine cabinet.

I didn't actually make it through though, because then Aylee, an alien from Sluggy Freelance, was standing there with me. I had this flyer in my hands about a seminar that talked about how human teeth were different from reptile teeth. I vividly remember thinking about a crocodile and its lumpy face. Then I thought to ask Aylee what her teeth were like, because she had a human body, but was green and kinda scaly. Before I asked it though, she said her teeth were like a human's.

And that's about all I remember.

9-27-08

Nothing to report from the 26th, just a couple boring non-lucids. Today was better, but still disappointing. I took 4 ginsengs after waking up almost exactly 5 and a half hours after going to sleep and autosuggesting that I would wake up at that time. I thought that was pretty good.

Pornstars at church OMG!

A lot happened non-lucidly in the beginning, but I first remember being at home, I think, and there was some asian pornstar there. IDK who it was, but she was hot. My wife was there too, but she was getting ready to leave with her friend Vicki. I knew it wouldn't be good to be getting it on with a pornstar there in front of my wife, so I waited. I guess she left, then I went for it!

I think I became semi-lucid here. I don't remember actually speaking, but I made her know that I wanted to cum on her face. She was okay with that, so I was really happy that this was gonna be a good dream. I was looking at a computer monitor and there were a list of names of other babes that I could choose as well. I wanted another asian, so I picked this one called CutieNyla52. She looked young, but I somehow knew that 52 was her birth year, and I was amazed that she was so old. I thought to myself, "She's as old as my mom!" Then as I looked at a picture of her, I saw her hair turn grey then back to black again.

So we were ready to get it on, all three of us, and I realized that crap, I didn't have any condoms! I asked them if they had "anything for pregnancy." IDR what they said, but then one of them turned into my wife again! I was like "Oh crap!" But it didn't matter, because then I became fully lucid and I realized that my wife wouldn't really know, because this was just a dream.

Then we somehow ended up at my church. There were a whole lot of people in there, mostly pornstars, and we were all up on the elevated platform in the front. There were also a whole bunch of plants there, and everyone was getting ready to go to bed. They were going to bed in the plants' pots. I walked to the right and there was this other hot white girl who I somehow called out of her pot to have sex with us too. She vaguely reminded me of my old GF Holly, but it wasn't her. I asked her to come join our group, but she gave me this little wooden box instead. I was like WTF.

Then I woke up.

9-28-08

Lucid again last night, but again it was disappointing, because I didn't have control in most of it, then when I did get control, I woke up right away. Also a non-lucid in The School Tower.

I put on a Nicotine patch at 6:20 and took 4 huperzines, but didn't get lucid until the very last 20 minutes of sleep at about 10:10, and it was unstable. I probably should have taken some choline.

Again I woke up 5 and a half hours after going to bed. This time I didn't autosuggest though.

Exploring The School Tower

This was pretty cool actually, since I always like to get a better look at these recurring dream locations. IDK what they signify, but I think they're pretty cool places.

I was at my old elementary school, Bethany, and I went through the door that used to lead to the back parking lot, and then I was in The School Tower. I went up, trying to find a bathroom because I had to pee, and I remembered finding one once before that had a vestibule which was a deserted classroom. This time though there were a whole bunch of people walking into the room with books, and they were going to have a class in there. I knew I would have to wait.

I walked up another flight of stairs in the tower and was now in this department store-like place. It was actually a library though, and there was this fat woman at the desk who asked if she could help me. I said no, but she said, "I'll be with you as soon as this comes in," and pointed to her computer. I assumed she meant some email or something. I walked ahead up another flight of stairs there in the room and was in this area selling jewelry. There were standing glass cases displaying small pieces set up around the floor. Then I woke up.

IDR when this happened, but sometime in the dream, I somehow I got outside and was on Ridge Road. There was a long line up of cars, and this one woman who was driving got out of her car and got into another car that was several places in front of her.

Night Vision goggles and FA's

IDR a lot of the beginning of this, but I was in my bedroom, and I think my wife had just woken me up, but it was a false awakening. She had a huge box beside the bed on her night stand, and it was the control box for a set of night-vision goggles. I put them on and could only see out of one eye. I realized that this was because I was actually asleep on my side, and my right eye was covered by the pillow. I was also semi-aware of my body in this dream, so it felt like it was gonna end any minute.

Then I woke up, but it was another false awakening, I thought I really woke up, but my wife still had some night vision goggles. Now they were smaller and not attached to the box. It took me a moment to realize, Hey wait, we don't actually have night vision goggles. This is a false awakening and I'm still dreaming! I still couldn't see out of one eye, but I tried to move around and wasn't really able.

Then I think I woke up for real, but I held still and felt some pretty strong vibrations and DEILDed back in. I was still in the bedroom, but this time I was able to move by my own free will. Everything was much more realistic and I was amazed that it was actually a dream. I thought to look at my hand, and expected to see 7 fingers again like last time, but when I held it up, my vision like shattered apart, so it was like looking through a kaleidoscope at my hand. I was like "Holy crap!" It was pretty intense. And the intensity woke me up.

No lucids tonight. But pretty good recall.

Creepy fish-feeding almost nightmare

I was in this huge round shallow pool, and there were a bunch of different partitions in there, like small rooms. There were fish in the rooms, and Mark Wahlberg was the aquarium caretaker. I was wading in the water with this small black bulb that I would squeeze and a pellet of fish food would pop out of the hole. There was some kind of process by which they were guiding the fish all into a certain room so that they would all eat in one place and hopefully poop there so that it would make cleaning the tank easier and more effective. I was just walking around though dropping fish food pellets randomly in the water, while the fish swam around my feet.

The pellets were first small and black or brown, but after a while, they became like a gooey neon green, and there was a little spider crawling around in them. I was like, "Wow, that's some fish pellet." I started to wonder what it actually was, then Marky Mark answered me somehow. He made me to know that they fed the fish dragonfly larvae. He was sitting up on a raised platform around the tank and there was a HUGE dragonfly sitting next to him. It had a big round backside, filled with eggs I guess, and it was gradually creeping closer and closer to me. I was right next to the platform. I was like OMG! get it away from me! I really didn't want it crawling on me it was so huge and ugly, even though I knew it was just a dragonfly and wouldn't realy hurt me.

Then I think I woke up.

Suicide fragment

I only remember my old friend Matt's sister, Regina, had killed herself, and then his dad, Mark, killed himself too because of it.

Girls don't like me. Everyone hates me.

I was at camp in this one. It was my old church camp, Koinonia. (I loved that place). I was with a bunch of other people on the first day, and we were all wading in this pond. (The ponds were actually nasty and covered with algae there lol). I had made some friends, there were these two girls who I guess took a liking to me, and it was nice to see them even though they weren't very hot. One was fat and the other one kinda had acne.

Somehow, a few days passed, and IDR what happened, but they apparently decided they didn't like me. I was sitting in this restroom building, and I think my wife was with me, and we were waiting for a whole lot of other people to show up. The two girls were walking around the building talking about me, saying not nice things like that I thought I was so cool, but I wasn't, and they were making fun of things I had said to them, and things I had said about myself. I remember thinking to myself that I could say some really mean things about them, considering they were so homely, but I didn't, and thought it was pretty mean of them to say that stuff about me. I was like, "You know, I can hear everything you're saying in here." They didn't seem to care though, and then the fat one was talking about some guy who she liked, who didn't like her. She said, "It must be because I'm dark, and that's not a good thing." I thought to myself, "Um no, it's because you're FAT that he doesn't like you." (She was blonde, and really wasn't dark at all).

Then everyone had come into the restroom building and some guy was in there telling a story. IDR what it was about, but there was another guy standing along a wall and I saw that his nose was all wet on the sides, and I realized he was crying. I felt a lot of tears in my own eyes too and I wondered why it was, because I wasn't crying. I wasn't even really very impressed by the story.

I had this computer mouse whose top had been removed, and pressing the button caused it to vibrate. This somehow also charged the mouse. I did this and it made a really loud noise, like an air compressor filling up the tank. This lasted for quite a while, and everyone in the room turned to me like they were mad. I knew they all hated me and had formed the opinion over the week that I was a loser.

Then I woke up.

What a bummer of a way to finish your dreaming.  Still, better than IRL I suppose.

Yeah, fortunately I never had that problem at camp. Most people liked me. High school wasn't quite as good though. Oh well.

Nothing good on 9-30, just a boring non-lucid that I didn't write down and then forgot around lunchtime.

Guarding criminals

In the beginning, I was Jesse, one of the bad guys from this season's Heroes. Me and the black guy were in a jail cell, and he found a marijuana joint and started smoking it. He was about halfway done when he put it out, but  I took it from him and asked him to light it up again. I started smoking it. (I've never smoked anything IRL, except to try one puff from a black and mild when I was in high school, and I hated it). There was a guard outside who saw us and he was angry that we had found this and were doing this. He ran over to the cell and was messing with the keys to open it.

IDR if he did open it or not, but then I was a guard, and the prisoners were escaping. There was another guard with me, and he was bad too. He liked to hurt the prisoners and be mean to them or something. One of the prisoners was bad and the other was good too. The other guard shot one of them with a taser. We caught them and were wrestling on the ground with them. This went on for a while, then they broke free and the bad one ran away. The good prisoner knew it was wrong to escape and didn't run away, but stayed there to let us lock him up again.

That's all I remember.

Bowling is my job/switching jobs

IDR much of this one. I was at a bowling alley, and somehow, bowling related to my job. I was on one team, which was somehow the new company I work for now. I had a sheriff's badge pinned on my shirt.

Then when the game was over, I was apparently going to try out being on another team. I had told my team's captain that it was just to see if I could make more money there and if I liked it, and that I wasn't really quitting, because (just like RL), I hadn't been with them long. I handed him my badge and someone on my team asked if I was leaving, and I said no, just temporarily. I walked down all the way to the other end of the bowling alley, and was on like the 5th or 6th lane. I walked down into the seating area, and looked around at the new people I'd be bowling with.

Then I think I woke up.

Hmmm, kaleidoscope-hands, I don't think I've had that one. I've had under-water or messed- up TV-channel wavy hands, but not kaleidoscope.

I'd like to have some good night-vision googles for real.

Yeah, it was really pretty freaky. Like everything seemed so intense when I looked at them.

I know! Me too. I saw something the day before I dreamed that that they work by using some extra bright infrared LED's and then a camera that can see infrared. That must be why I dreamed it.

ah so you have been watching heroes season three to its so cool isnt it

interesting bowling dream, do you think it relates to your recent change in job like maybe you think you have gone from one similar place to another with just the people changing?

Yeah, Heroes is awesome. It's certainly my favorite show on TV. It seems to be getting kinda weird though. Too much people dying and not staying dead. It's getting like Hercules and Xena. I hope they don't go overboard with all the Deus Ex Machinas.

Yeah, my job is very similar to the one I had. I have a nicer office and better pay, but I'm doing mostly the same thing. I really need some software though to do the structural analysis. I hope they get it for me. :(

Transformers

I know there was a lot more, but I was alternately with Optimus Prime and Bumblebee, and I alternately was one of them. They were looking for these tickets, which would somehow give them energy, or maybe they could use them as weapons. They were about the size of a baseball ticket, and they were also a really thin remote control. There were seven of them. The Decepticons were looking for them too. IDR what else happened.

Meatloaf or Pizza Hut

In this one, I was back at my old job. It was my last day again, and I was doing some final jobs before I left. Phil C., a nice mechanical designer I worked with, was there, and so was Bob G., an electrical engineer who also does woodworking, (so we talked a little when I was still there).

They were going to go out with me for lunch for my last day. We were in this restaurant, sitting at a table, and I said I wanted meatloaf. Two other guys, I think Bob G. and Karl S. ordered "Pizza Hut." They had brought me a little lasagna as an appetizer earlier. Then when they came out with the food, they gave plates to two people sitting at the table, but they didn't bring mine. I was like WTF, then the waiter asked if there was anything wrong, and I didn't say anything, but just pointed to the empty place in front of me. Then I noticed that no one else, except those two, had their food either, and I felt like a jerk, because they probably thought that I was saying I wanted my food next, before anyone else.

So the waiters brought out my dish, and it was a huge lasagna tray! There were three large portions of lasagna in there, and I thought, "I thought I ordered meatloaf." I really was feeling sick of lasagna, because I just had it as an appetizer. Bob and Karl both had what they wanted, a paper bag with barbecue ribs. Apparently, "Pizza Hut" meant ribs. I said, "Wait a minute... There's some Britishisms going on here." And they said, "Yeah, here meatloaf means lasagna." I didn't really want to send it back and cause a big fuss though, so I didn't say anything to the waiter.
