Here is my work book for the Dream Recall Workshop

I have been really looking forward to this workshop

I have answered Lumi's questions below:

The answers to Lumi's questions:

-How many dreams do you remember a week on average?

I would say that I can remember something on most nights but the recall is generally poor in that it is usually just snippets of a dream - things that are very vivid and emotional tend to stay in my memory longer.  I have to really concentrate on getting good recall and do this consistently to get decent daily recall.

-How many hours of sleep do you get a night on average? You can separate workdays/school days from days off.

I would say roughly between 6 - 8 hours on most days perhaps an hour or 2 more on a weekend day.

-How do you wake up in the morning? (Alarm clock, someone awakens you, or other means)

I wake by alarm clock multiple times as I usually set at least 3 alarms - some before my actually deadline for waking up as I like to know I am getting the chance to have a little more sleep before getting up ;)

-Do you consider yourself a light or a heavy sleeper?

I would say a heavy sleeper as I don't think I am easily woken by noises in the environment but then my hearing is not as good as many people and so that might have something to do with it.

Also, please make yourself a goal for how much you wish to increase your dream recall and post it in your workbook.

I would like to be able to recall a few dreams per night with a good level of detail.
