How many dreams do you remember a week on average?
Probably 12-15 full length dreams, and about 20 fragments of dreams.
-How many hours of sleep do you get a night on average? You can separate workdays/school days from days off.
I'm on summer vacation, so right now I can sleep in pretty much every day. So right now I usually get 9-12 hours of sleep every night.
-How do you wake up in the morning? (Alarm clock, someone awakens you, or other means)
I usually wake up naturally, but when I need to go somewhere I set an alarm.
-Do you consider yourself a light or a heavy sleeper?
I'm normally a very light sleeper but I've been getting deeper sleep in the last several months, so I don't remember my first few dreams like I used to.
I want to increase my recall to the point of remembering the details of every dream and not just fragments of dreams unless they were lucid dreams.
A couple of other things--
I've noticed lately that when I WBTB and I don't have the intent to lucid dream, I'll just fall asleep and have pretty much no chance at LD. It's hard because if I'm lazy or I forget to keep the idea of remembering to lucid dream in my mind as I fall asleep, it won't happen. think I used to do this by habit and that habit was broken sometime last year when I was working at my last job.
Also, I used to have tons of false awakenings and more WILDS; now I rarely have false awakenings.
And most importantly...last year I was updating my DJ in full detail every day, usually right after I got up. The last several months I'm lucky to update every week or so. I always jot down notes in the morning but the longer I go the more detail is lost. I want to try to be in the habit of updating every day again.

Last night I remembered only one dream that was lucid. But I really only slept about 6-7 hours so it's not too bad. :P

Getting myself all caught up!
6/3
Two lucids, average recall. Only fragments of nonlucids.
6/4
No lucids, recalled two nonlucids.
6/5
Two lucids, fairly bad recall, I had a hard time remembering the other dreams or even one of the lucids.
6/6
Recall was good, remembered 6 dreams. Two were lucids.
6/7
Recall was good, remembered 6 dreams again, one was lucid.
6/8
Recall not so good--no nonlucids remembered aside from fragments, two very short LDs.
6/9
Recall was better than usual, remembered four dreams, three were LDs.
6/10
My brain went crazy last night. I had average recall of three fragmented nonlucids, but I had NINE LDs almost in a row (there were about 3 WBTBs that broke it up). I think that broke my personal record.
The workshop I think has been helping so far. :D

Not bad recall last night, remembered about 4-5 dreams, no lucids. :?

Soo the last few nights:
6/11-6/12
Didn't sleep much, had terrible recall, no LDs
6/13
Normal recall, two short lucids
6/14
Remembered five or so dreams, three lucids.

6/15
I had very good recall last night!
I remembered at least 9 dreams; 7 were lucid dreams. Yay!! If I can have this kind of recall and lucidity all the time, I'll be as good as I was a few years ago, that would be very awesome. :D
