Lucid Dreams: 5

Dream mean:  45/30 = 1.5000
Fragment mean: 30/30 = 1.0000
Lucid dream mean: 5/30 = 0.1667

* These figures are estimates. I take a few minutes every morning to recall all of my dreams from the previous night, but only my lucid dreams make it to my dream journal. Even though I don't record my nonlucid dreams, I usually recall 1 or 2 full dreams plus a fragment every morning, plus I am a big fan of naps, and after my naps I almost always remember a full dream. So I feel that these numbers are pretty accurate - if anything, they are conservative estimates.

For this month I am going to record all of my non-lucid dreams as well as my lucid dreams in my dream journal. I've already started a non-lucid journal and have been doing this for the last few days.
