Well, it could still change! ;)
Apart from the fact that i should not be a participant in my own study anyway, I am not the greatest "talent" myself. Once I wanted to improve my badminton smash ball technique in a lucid dream (it was just a hobby). I managed to get a racket, but then I needed a ball: All kinds of balls appeared: tennis balls, table tennis balls, volleyballs, soccer balls, just no shuttle. :( :wtf:

The other night I was thinking about this in a dream as I was doing perfect back flips. I believed that I had done so many acrobatics in my dreams, that I could now do it while awake. I was totally planning to post about it here too. And then I woke up, lol. Well, I guess I can still post about it here, it just no longer counts. :P

Interesting idea for a study!
I'm a skier. Sometimes have skiing dreams. But never have had a skiing LD. Being able to conjure up the ski slope, skis, etc. would be the hard part.

Does martial arts count for a sport? :P I've used lucid dreams to practice my kata in the past.

What else would martial-arts count as besides a sport?
A self-defense technique?

Oh yea.
But I'd still call it a sport, too.

Hey,
I am still looking for participants. Do not hesitate to ask me if your experiences are suited for my study! It is okay, if you did not practice some sport intentionally (or played an instrument). It is sufficient if you dreamt of your sport (instrument) lucidly.
Thanks!

I learned a new way to do backflips in my parkour dreams that has carried over into several parkour dreams since. I can grab the back of my legs with my hands and pull my knees towards my face so that I can more easily tuck into a ball and flip through the air.
It works wonderfully in my dreams but I'm pretty sure if I try this in waking life I'm likely to break my neck or something.
Though one morning waking from a particularly fun parkour dream fresh in my mind. I almost felt like I might be able to do it in waking life and I so wanted to try leaping into the air kicking off the edge of the kitchen counter and flip through the air across the kitchen to land on the kitchen table on my feet... But yeah, didn't actually try it. Probably a good thing.
