Yes, I see these two lists as complementary really.  As if they're one long list of possibilities.

It's clear that there is little that's obvious about dreams and there's a lot of possibilities out there.  I also think there's a degree of self-fulfillment in dreams.  i.e. if we think we're going to dream about the day's events then we probably will.  If we think we're going to get predictions then we probably will.  Personal things, dreams.

Of course I can't prove any of that!
