Awww, that's awesome Moonbeam.  I don't think I've ever heard it mentioned here before, helping your pet's dreams.

I have 2 dogs, and sometimes that dominant one wakes up from a dream and runs over to the beta-dog and goes to attack her. I think in the Alpha's dream she probably was attacked or taken over by the Beta dog or whatever, dogs are weird man xD

There have been times when my dog was asleep on the couch or floor and obviously having an anxiety ridden dream. I usually gently wake her up.

I wake my dog up if I hear her whimpering in her sleep.  I don't want her having bad dreams!

I never thought about it much. Most of my dreams would be characterized as sorta neutral. Not bad or good.

Hey, that's a good idea, to actually try to do that, if you know your pet has bad dreams.  I was just observing it, but maybe it could be proactively used to help them too.  It makes sense that they would dream about new things and things they are trying to learn, like people do, so new experiences would help change their dreams. 

How would you do that though?  I mean, if they just tend to have them, and there's no (perhaps present) reason for it.  I think maybe we could try to give them good things to dream about, and just try to stay relaxed around them.  Dogs really seem to pick up on their people's energy.
