Another newbe :-)

Hi everyone, just a message here to say hello and introduce myself. I'm Saskia and I'm here because my friend invited me as a start into lucid dreaming as it would be nice for me to get rid of my night mares. I love horses but don't like the night mares. LOL Anyways....going to look around a bit, see how things work here. Oh, I'm Dutch , live in Canada , so my English is maybe not always correct. Thanks for having me around.

Welcome aboard!  We're glad to have you here.  It can be a sleepy little site sometimes, but we have some wonderful people here and some of the most knowledgeable people in the world when it comes to different aspects of lucid dreaming.

By an AMAZING coincidence, we have a couple other lucid dreamers here who love horses!  I think the two interests go together.

I may not know a whole lot about horses. I certainly do know about using lucid dreaming as a tool to address nightmares.
When I began lucid dreaming my nights were riddled with nightmares. I learned to use lucidity as a tool to face them head on!
