-How many dreams do you remember a week on average?
    At least one per night but usually only a few details

-How many hours of sleep do you get a night on average? You can separate workdays/school days from days off.
     7-8 hrs per night with multiple awakenings during the night (by design)

-How do you wake up in the morning? (Alarm clock, someone awakens you, or other means)
      Either by myself or with a nudge.

-Do you consider yourself a light or a heavy sleeper?
      Heavy at the beginning of the night and light towards morning.

-Also, please make yourself a goal for how much you wish to increase your dream recall and post it in your workbook.
     My goal is to increase my dream memory to the same level as my waking memory. In other words, to be able to describe any given dream to the same level as I could describe what it was that I did the day before.
