06 Middle of the Night

We are halfway through this workshop and it's time to mix things up a little bit.  Please make the following changes to your routines:

Change your reality check:
Change what you are doing for your reality check and change when you perform the reality check.  After a week of doing the same old thing, it begins to get common place for you.  That is, you start doing it without really thinking about it and it's effectiveness begins to lessen.  If possible select something you've never done before. 


Middle of the night induction:
Start performing an induction technique in the middle of the night.  If you naturally get up in the middle of the night, this will be easy for you, if you sleep through the night, you might need to set an alarm.  It does not matter which technique you chose.
