Yikes! It does sound like it could be some kind of allergy or sensitivity, though. I feel like general crap the night after going to my grandparents' house down south from us. The air there tends to be humid and heavy/stuffy feeling. I never quite figured it out, but I'm thinking it's got to be something in the air.
My partner gets that with my oil diffuser, so I sadly cannot diffuse any of my stress relieving oils when he's nearby! Not sure if it's just a particular one because he won't let me experiment ... 
You don't seem like the type to stress to this extent, but my SIL literally psyched herself up to having COVID like symptoms when finding out about a potential non confirmed exposure. No COVID, though! Phew!

Yeah I've always been sensitive to allergies. But usually in the summer mostly, especially after mowing the grass or out riding the dirt bikes and breathing all the dirt and dust that gets kicked up from the moto bikes.
Yeah, was wondering of just believing had it could cause false symptoms. But no not stressing out over it. More worried about passing it on to someone if I'm carrying it than having it myself. I think I'm probably in the clear now, from that incident at least. I guess it's still possible I could still start feeling it in the next day or two because they say can take up to 14 days sometimes.
Considering how many people I'm around all the time when I'm working kind of surprised I've not gotten it yet. But still have not even had a normal cold yet. I can't even remember the last time I went through an entire winter without getting sick. Last winter I was sick a lot. If the masks can keep me from catching normal cold and flu, hell I'll be happy to keep wearing one all cold and flu season every year the rest of my life.
