i'm a wriggler in bed, and i use deep breathing similar to this to stop myself fidgeting about.
it certainly does relax, and you gave me an interesting idea to try.

There are people who got HI before they go to bed, and then there are people who got High before they go to bed :) Anyway, excellent technique!
