00 Back to Basics Workshop: May 2008
« on: April 09, 2008, 08:43:44 AM »
Beginning May 1st and running the entire month, I will be holding a Back to Basics workshop.

This workshop is built around basic induction practices and methods such as dream sign identification, reality checks, MILD, and DILD.  This is an active participation workshop, you will be given exercises to carry out every day with the goal of either having your first lucid dream or increasing the frequency of your lucid dreams.

This workshop is open to both the novice who had only a few lucid dreams and to the experienced lucid dreamer.

If you are interested, please use this thread to sign up.

indeed seeker this is a very very good idea, infact this whole section is. I have experimented with RCing and it really does increase the amount of lucids I have had and anything that helps with that I am in with.

So count me in please mate :)

You really can't overdo covering the basics. Without hammering the basics over and over you have no real foundation to build on and you risk losing some of the skills you already have. I know I have.

Im in.
I've been having trouble getting lucid regularly so far this year.
A refresher course should whip me back into shape.
Great idea Seeker.
By the way... fancy running into you here.

Great idea.  I would love to join.

What a great opportunity to keep motivated.  Not to mention working out those prospective memory muscles.

Back to basics seems to be in keeping with the theme of the past couple weeks.

That sounds awesome!
Count me in as well, I hope to get a higher frequency of lucids.
