It was a struggle for me as well yesterday, as the day ended up being far more demanding of my attention than expected.  Every time I had a moment to myself, however, I did remember to "reverse RC," looking at my hands and replaying the events leading up to the moment.  All things considered, I did pretty well.
What truly matters is not built of right and wrong; but of grace, and of love.

I actually took a bit of a different approach.  I started internalizing my actions where I would think what I was doing while I was doing it.  "I look down at my fingers typing away on the black keyboard and see the ring of love and harmony on my right hand and the scar on my right pinky finger, occasionally looking up at the screen to make sure what I'm typing is correct..." or "I walk down the hallway and go under a doorway (am I dreaming?) and head left towards the stairs..."  I don't know if it will produce results, but I think that by doing that I'll be more aware of what I'm actively doing and more likely to catch something out of place.

We'll see...

Quite an interesting approach! :) I see that lucid dreamers often find their personalized ways to RC, and as long as it works, there is no wrong way!

Gah, my problem is that I've been lazy and sleeping all day. Then I get up only to pretty much straight away get on the computer, after walking and feeding Daisy. My daily activity is petty limited right now... Will be working on that. I'm not doing great so far. Tomorrow should help, going to spend the day in town, should be plenty of 'reverse RC' opportunities at the least. Plus I get to spend most of the day in Barnes & Noble. :D

Ames, I really like what you're doing there. ;)

Thanks!  It's really been an interesting exercise.  I'm hoping that if I practice it enough, it will become more second nature to take note of what I'm doing and not have to think about it all the time.  At least, I hope so :)

Sounds vaguely like when I used to do random "If this is a dream then -insert IRL impossibility here- will happen now." It works in lucids, the crazy escape portal came on time for me when I did that, lots of things come to me when I do that in a dream, but in IRL, I don't see anything logic defying popping up in specified area >.>
Back from the dead...let's hope I'll stick to it.
