I'm leaving for a small vacation in the mountains today, and I'll be gone until Monday evening my time. Naiya will hold the fort at the workshop while I'm gone! :D (She wrote most of it anyways :P )

I'm glad to see some LDs so early on! :D

Alex, try focusing on this week's tasks more if you're having trouble with the constant RCs. The RCs mainly exist to get you to start thinking about your dreams and questioning reality as often and as long as possible. You and many others might start picking up on awareness through the meditations and other things instead, so just keep at it and don't lose hope yet. :)

My Recall seems to be improving from this, as well as dream-suspicions. I didn't write down my last dream -Tsk Tsk- but I can tell that this workshop has improved awareness~
