In effort to keep track of dream statistics I note the most basic facts upon bedtime recall of prior nights sleep activities. Basic dreams, dream frags, lucid dreams, sleep paralysis, vibrations, shifting, out of body experiences.

Prior Sleep prep - Brainwave generator 25 mins followed by 5 mins breath awareness - Clear affirmations for dream recall - Imagining being outside at focus point - weightlessness
Dream Recall = 2 long (1-Beautiful Mountains,very detailed and in awe upon scanning them and speaking to person about them) (2- On wide bus with others en-route to unknown place-aware of unusual seating arrangement for bus)
Dream Frags = 3
Lucidity = 1 short (frag dream lead to finding myself looking at hands - becoming aware of being in a dream and reaching lucidity - woke up in real time)
*Note; Current day* started 90% RAW diet - No Food intake after 5pm - 45 mins heavy cardio 9pm - RC = okay day.

Dream Recall = 3 long Boring (1-Trekking mountain area with guy who looked like Joey Ramone- very knowledgeable about mountains-girl trekking) (2-Dead body left on top of roof-E Amermin? others noted it- looking down from roof far below to unseen ground) (3- Dr looked like (actor,Rolan?) to help Amy Winehouse? big belly who was broke and in run down hotel)
Lucidity = 0
*Note* Dream cycles long and detailed - RC okay day - Meditation Good day - pigged out for dinner and feeling bloated

Prior sleep prep 20 min BWG - 5+ Min's Breath Awareness - Affirmations - Imagine outside focus point - weightlessness (difficulty focusing) Dream recall = 2 long (stressful) (1- Saddam hussein tied to big logs in x shape and left to rot- wondering when someone would come for his bones) (2- Bedbugs - trying to warn people how fast they would spread- many images backing my examples) Lucidity= 0 *Note* busy day- still scrambling to pack 11:10 pm- moving stress day- RC bad day- meditation bad day- Diet 70% RAW

(over the last 4 nights upon moving to countryside) PSP Good meditation followed by wieghtlessness and outside focus point Dream recall 9 long + many frags Lucidity = 3 (back to back!) *Note* Move to countryside has had huge impact on me.

PSP Good meditation followed by weightlessness and outside focus point Dream recall = 2 super long, 1 frag Lucidity = 1 Tadaaaa! Upon ending of long dream became lucid but woke fairly fast. *Note* prior to falling asleep much awareness upon catching oncoming dreams yet failed to try and RC - RC = Great day - diet B&L RAW then medium sized pizza for dinner (feeling like a stuffed pig) Meditation = good day - mood good

PSP good but light meditation followed by weightlessness *Results* Strange intense side to side (left-right) pulsing followed by shifting. Dream Recall = 3 very long and detailed Lucidity = 0 *note* Busy long day - Diet B,L & D RAW with cookie and coffee snack - RCs good day - mood alright
