Well strictly speaking 3.5 hours for me at the moment but I can assure you nothing apart from the intro I've just posted will be there for 12, perhaps 18 hours or more as I have a day job to do.  But I'll attempt to quietly post the first part when I get to work at 8am my time.  (3am or earlier for those in the US).

Oh, and this isn't just about thinking ;)

Yup, no deadlines really so plenty of time.  I see you've got started.

Note to others - It gets trickier after Part 2 on Wednesday to join in, but not impossible.  best get started now!
