Sorry mu, i'm demanding today. :P  But don't worry, i've got an entire stash of mermaids coming in sometime soon! ;)

I've never been able to get the dreamsketcher to work. I've also tried modifying posts like you guys said but then it doesn't work either.

I'm on Mac + Firefox. Just tried it in Safari to but no luck...

Maybe i need some java thingy installed or something?

I get the following error in the bottom bar of my browser :

error: java.lang.ClassFormatError: Incompatible magic value 1008813135 in class file javax/swing/GroupLayout$Group.

What i also notice with the other icons / functions, is that when i hover my mouse above them they light up in blue, and it then gives a text description of what it is.
The dreamsketcher icon doesn't light up, and doesn't give a discription...

:eek2:  Oh, my, what you said!

I have to admit something; the dreamsketcher is implemented in Java, and I know almost nothing of it.  Do you happen to know what version of Java you have?  Is it perhaps the "openjdk" version?

The hovering thing; that's nothing wrong, it just means there wasn't any text added there to show when it's hovered upon.  I can add something if you like.

Oooh..  What page are you trying to open DS from?  Is it by any chance your DJ?

The version i'm using is J2SE 5.0

When i checked Java's settings i noticed i could choose between running 2 versions. The other one being J2SE 1.4.2.
When i change it and try again i don't get the error message anymore. Instead i simply get :

"Loading Java Applet Failed..."

Ah, ok, i thought it might've been because it's probably the only function that isn't working for me!

Tried both my DJ and other threads!

Don't sweat it if i'm the only one who it isn't working for. Even if it worked i probably wouldn't use it anyways! DJ'ing can take up enough time without making silly little drawings! Was just curious for it! :)

You don't want custom text there then..  :stillnorecall:
