I put my thumb through my tongue in my last Lucid lol.

Ewwwwww. As much as I am frustrated though, I am excited.  First time since I started trying I got close to LDing... One of my goals was to do an RC. I think it was a success.

Sorry for writing so little.  It was a combination of too much work, lack of anything interesting to write about, and the spectacular weather in the north east this weekend. I am back writing because some of those things changed. While the weather is still spectacular, I have a dream to record as well as a small fragment. I also got a new DJ. Its really awesome! And chipped the bone in my finger while playing football. Pictures of both to follow.

Fragment

Sorting monkeys on an island. (hmm... islands are deff a theme, or is it me watching lost every night before bed?)

Travels

My gf and I are traveling.  I am reading her passport and I see that she has a log of conversations between her and her family members, mostly her dad (who passed a while ago).  He used to be a diplomat and they would travel together a lot when she was younger. I notice that she does not have stamps in her passport saying that she re-entered US (note: at this point we are in US). She says that everything will be fine and it is some sort of trick that she and her dad used back in the day. Then we enter some sort of building with 4 posters. At that time I showed concern that it could be a problem and we need to do something about it.

We are sitting in a black car and talking to a woman in a drivers seat.  In the background there is some sort of palace with a beautiful green lawn.  We tell her the story and she says normally she would have been deported if this was any other country, but thankfully for us this is Switzerland (neutral nation) and she pulls out a small hand held Canadian flag and starts waving it (Why Canadian? Idk, probably because I couldn't visualize swiss on the spot). She radios someone and then tells us, but most likely without stamps you are fucked even in Switzerland.

Good to see your recall is going good, is there any specific help you would like in trying to get lucid? Don't give up, you will get the hang of it soon!

Fragment/Short Dream

I'm in a weird room, sort of like when Trinity was coding in one of the opening scenes of the Matrix, only instead of coding I'm browsing the naughty websites.  :chuckle:
I leave the room to go get a new password since the current one is not working anymore. When I get back, there is a key in the lock (either I forgot it, or somebody else).  This key has a gray furry key chain that looks like a tiny mouse. I come in and my gf is there, disappointed with the way I chose to spend my time.

Peyton Manning showed up in my dream again... Such bastard...

Nomad

Traveled like a Nomad  with random DCs. One of them was Hurley from Lost. I was taking vacation days from work so I can do that. Remember my High School teacher was there, but much older. He was missing a lot of his teeth. He asked me about work and I was really proud to give good news to him.  When Hurley told me that we have to go on the move again, I told him that I need to check in with work.  I thought it was Friday and taking that day is not a big deal, but when i checked my blackberry (I used to have one, now I'm with iPhone) it said it was Monday.  It didn't make sense to me and I woke up.

Recently I haven't been doing too many RC's or thinking too much about LD'ing.  If I were, I would have triggered an RC and possibly became lucid  :'( Need to put my head back into it.

Little bit of a dry streak. In the morning my brain refusing to give out details like a KGB spy.

Fragment:

Its winter, roads are icy and my dad somehow bought me my dream car, only an older version.  My brother was there drooling over it.  I'm test driving it on icy roads and it is stable, which is what it should do on ice, but somehow I don't feel impressed. I take a couple of laps and wake up.

Injuries often make their way into my dreams in one way or another.

Woke up at 5am. Started writing. My gf later told me that she witnessed me write over a page. Lets see how much I can decipher. I couldn't write anything at work due to busy season. And after work I couldn't skip the celtics game, so here I am before bed

Zombie apocalypse: (again?)

Slow zombies, as my notes say. My family is there. Zombies are biting everyone.  The only way to save everyone is to be bitten and cured.  I find a building where the 2012 NFL draft class is stationed. Everyone in there becomes a Zombie.  I notice Andrew Luck and RGIII.  As soon as I open the door RGIII goes after me and tries to bite me. I was dodging him for a while until he convinces me that after he bites me he can heal me.  I agree to it and he does bite me.  I don't notice it turning me, but I gain a sense of urgency later that makes me want to tell others how to help me.  I come back home.  The zombies are surrounding the house and a cat zombie bites my kitty.  I beat it's head with my fist and it dies, but my cat has already been bitten.  I tell my mother about it.  And I tell her that after I become a zombie she has to find RGIII and ask him how to save me.  I write down him name: "Robert Griffin III." And tell her that he plays in the NFL.  I look at my own hand writing and see that its different.  This is where I should have done a reality check.  After I do that, my uncle (my mom's brother) tries to stick a finger up my ass to see if I'm lying and it hurts.  Then I wake up.

-- Lots of nonsense.  I'm just happy I recalled a huge vivid dream.  These couple of days I noticed myself getting off track.  I do reality checks when ever I see something related to dreaming, but I feel like I need to do them more when I think about football or zombies, because these two themes seem to be re-occurring in my dreams.

A zombie cat bit my cat and zombie RGIII bit me but promised to heal me, and then my handwriting was different which should have made me RC?  ::)

Hehe, but anyway, zombie dreams seem so fun. I don't think I've had one but they sound like a cool experience, even if a little scary at the time. Remember costly, harness fear as a lucid trigger. If you feel unnaturally threatened, it's because you are not in a natural place!

Cool idea. I need to try this.
