Tadas summarizes research about NREM lucid dreams very well, presents the two cases he found in his study and there is an interesting discussion as well. one funny thing he pints out is that all NREM lucid dreams that have been reported in studies until now appear to have been reported by female participants! This topic of NREM lucid dreams really should be explored further in research!

  That's so funny. I've certainly had thousands of NREM Lucid dreams and am male. Anyone doing a WILD certainly has had a NREM lucid dream every time they did one. Any lucid dream will be remembered when one wakes up, apart from greater vividness and emotional intensity and that ones is much more disassociated with ones body in a REM lucid there's no difference.
