I'll update my journal tomorrow. I'm sleeping better because I figured out a trick to falling asleep fast: don't think deeply lol. But my meds are still eating my dreams so it's been nothing but fragments for the past few weeks. :(

One of the greatest benefits I retain from learning to meditate is being able to meditate myself to sleep.  Kind of the same thing as "don't think deeply".  I look at meditation as the art of mental surfing. . . staying just at the top of the whole ocean of thought and sensory input and being as passive an observer as possible.
