Not secret any more.

Imagine how many positions could be tried in the weightless environment.

Ryan is a member here, and we usually post something about his blog entries and articles.

I have found a correlation between position and chances of lucidity, and being on my back and inclined is definitely good for that.  Unfortunately it is also the position in which I am most inclined to snore. . . and being a very light sleeper, that wakes me up.  So it doesn't work very well for me anymore.
What truly matters is not built of right and wrong; but of grace, and of love.

"...Also, make sure you are staying safe and are securely positioned on your mattress or comfortable surface.  Falling asleep standing up can be dangerous because you completely lose muscle tone in REM sleep..." :coffeescreen:
Will definitely try this the next time I am awake for "hours" like I was last night  (not the standing up, but the "propping up with pillows")... No LD, no recall - think I only slept another 45 min when the alarm went off...
