Has anyone read or benefited from Robert L. Van de Castle's book "Our Dreaming Mind"? I'm in the process of reading it now.

Also, was anyone going to see the movie Inception with L. Di Caprio?

I have read that book, and have found it very informative. It is packed full of references, and explores dreaming from scientific and spiritual perspectives. I am more scientifically minded, so I preferred the science, but for those who prefer the latter, there are also chapters on that. Last year I wrote a research report on dreaming, and this book was very helpful. For example, it contains information about ideas people got from dreams, and real life stimuli affecting the dream world. I have in the past recommended it to other MM members on chat.

I saw Inception yesterday, and think it was a great movie. Not going to say more since I don't want to spoil anything for you.
