Gagaku's recall workbook

Hello, I am gagaku and I would like to improve my recall. I am also hoping to improve the amount of detail that I recall from each dream. I look forward to this workshop and to benefiting from the increased dream recall. I hope to remember two or three good long dreams per night in more detail than before.
Average recall: six or seven dreams per week
Hours of sleep: 8-9hrs
Wake up: on my own if the clock is close enough to when I want to wake up, or if I wake up and it is light out
Heavy or light sleep: probably in the middle, but a little bit heavy
Seemingly the bough is the cause of the fruit,
But really the bough exists because of the fruit.
Were he not impelled by desire of fruit,
The gardener would never have planted the tree.

My recall last night was terrible, but I don't really have a comfortable place to sleep either.

My recall seems to be improving! I think the suggestion about using tags worked. I also have been sleeping outside in a tent whenever the wether is nice enough, so I get more privacy. It is much more comfortable than that couch after the first few nights. Last night I was able to remember one of the earlier dreams. :)

When I asked the Mamo's in Colombia what I could do to improve my OB/LD experiences they told me to sleep outside.

I will be interested to see what your experiences are outside.
