my RC of choice is the good ol' nose pinch.

i am bad at remembering to do RC's... i strive to be more aware and to take note of strange occurances.  also i'll try to RC at the mere sight of a cigar and thought of elizabeth!

i have been trying to more closely monitor what my dream signs are and to be aware of them.  no lucids yet but my recall has been ok.  my biggest hurdle is getting my lazy ass out of bed to write my dreams down... i'll work on that.

i need to meditate more.

i need to try and WILD again.

i WILL have another LD by the end of this workshop!
