*note* Still in mega slumber mode... effects from ramped up meditation and raw diet starting to kick in.

RC = bad day (big drama = distraction)

Lucidity = 0

*Note*  dreams last night were of voyages and Ariel mapping due to real life impending move.*details in dreams becoming very defined via awareness, but not triggering lucidity,,,yet.. * using Brainwave generator prior to bed followed by meditation.


                             Off to wake up on the other side         :poof:

*Note* Clarity is gaining as are more frequent focused moments in dreams.* Notation of being in a dream and visualizing dream imagery in waking state getting stronger.

*Note* Mega awareness with sound and color yet failed to become lucid.. * Lately have been catching dreams ending with fade to black.* Feeling physically well by 95%!

No, I did nothing but wait in effort to let them run the course in hopes of having something happen, yet nothing did. They came on while hitting the in-between state of wake and sleep so I was a little surprised by the arrival. I found it interesting that it happened more than just once though. I am definitely gaining more conscious strength and know this workshop has a lot to do with it.

Lucidity = 0 *but* 

*note* No sleep yet multiple meditation sessions. VIBRRATIONS with partial exit yet body felt stuck as hands,arms and legs contorted partially out  in effort to break free. Lots of sudden shifting-falling only to return to body lying flat on back. Good duration in experiences that lasted off and on through the wee hours..

I need sleep bad  :boggle:
