Upon commencing;

Nightly Recall = 2-4

Daily RC = ( Good Day) most every hour and often at; street crossings,work elevator and secretary, prior to going wee, seeing my reflection, colored lighting, being in nature daily, riding my bike, cardio training, as well as random moments. Will add recommended to list!

Monthly LD = 0-2

Reality check =  (less than usual but putting more attention and time spent into them)

Lucidity = 0  (missed cues with focused curiosity)

*note* exhausted today. Off to meditate 15 mins, then bed with suggestions.

Recall = 4 (3 clear) (1 Vague)

Reality Checks = (average) Better detail and often ending in attempt to crate dream scenario.

Lucidity = 0 (Last dream awoke me upon becoming aware.)

*Note* 15 mins Breath Meditation with essence before bed = big help!

Reality Checks  = (good day) More often with the passing through that of doors which I find a very good and easy to trigger RCs

Lucidity = Big Zilcho   :'(

*Note* very tired as long hours for the x-mas rush have me pushing mega work load. Jacking up on ample caffeine dosages to stave off the fatigue.. Almost done.

*Note* woke out of dream via sleep paralysis.. Wish I could had become conscious of it during the dream. Too busy to go back to sleep and started day... 3 more days to go..

Reality Checks = (okay day) Sound has become another very good source for checks

Lucidity = 0

*note* saw doors twice as well as entered elevator in dream.. Missed cues.

Lucidity = 0 (many dreams caught coming on only to wake instead of lucidly enter)

*Note* spaced out day,trouble keeping thoughts focused,nerves fragile, more sleep needed.

RC = Good day! (every time the sun broke through the trees in Stanley Park,,good one)

Lucidity = 0 ( I was catching the dreams and watching with awareness of it being a dream without becoming Lucid) hello  ::)

*Note* Better rested today. Awareness seems to be coming more into focus.

*Note* Midway through sleep, sound from heart beat with earplugs woke me kind of startled, I know not why as no recall leading up to it. -- Very strong colors in dreams, a dayglow Lime Green Zootsuit!  lol
