Reality Checks, etc.:
Wake up: Fail
Checking the time: ~95% (I also started noticing I check the time A LOT.)
Go through a door: ~75%
Technology issues: 100%
Also many random RCs...

Did you think more about your dreams than you usually do? Yes.
Did you forget about dream-related stuff right after doing your RCs, or was it on your mind for a little while afterwards? Half and half.
Did you imagine yourself in a lucid dream at all after doing any of the RCs? Yes.

Dreams:
1 Lucid! That's a good start for the workshop, eh?

Types of dreams:

Almost all of mine are ordinary or vaugely symbolic. "Clear Light" ones come around every once in a while...
Other than that, about 1/6 are lucids.

Pretty good, except when it got late I started to forget to do them.

Was woken abruptly, can't remember much detail.

How do dreams feel?

Touch: "Mellowed".
Visuals: Seem more colorful at times, usually darker overall, however.
Sounds: "focused", Hardly any background noise.

Last couple of days have been pretty similar w/ RCs - Just alright, mostly forgetting to do them later in the day.

Dreams last night (Christmas Eve) - Almost had a lucid, but realized it right before I woke up.

I've been getting better about doing RCs late at night, and have had a couple lucids recently.

Now for the tough part - "Daily Contemplation".
