Daily Contemplation
« on: December 29, 2008, 02:37:42 AM »
Hopefully by now everyone has been trying to RC as much as possible throughout the day. That should allow a little bit of an easier transition to what is done in dream yoga.

So, for this following week, instead of doing the RCs (although you're welcome to keep doing them if you feel up to it), go a little bit deeper into it.

Remember how you felt in your dreams before? Did you body feel "real" in your dreams? As you're doing your daily activities, notice how they, too, can be almost dream-like.

Remember that every moment today passes, becoming nothing but memory, as a dream. All things are illusionary, and all things in constant flux.

Keep in mind that right now, this reality, is only another form of dream. Keep this in mind as often and as long as possible.

It seems like a simple task, but keeping up the habit can be challenging. ;) You may want to rely on the RCs to get you started if needed.

You may also keep doing the visualization before bed, and dream reviewing throughout the day as much as you want to.
