Usually I woke up myself but set alarm clock just to be sure.
- Do you consider yourself a light or a heavy sleeper?
Used to be light sleeper but due to special exercises I started to do, became more "heavy" especially at the first half.
- Also, please make yourself a goal for how much you wish to increase your dream recall and post it in your workbook.
I would like increase my ability to trace dream to its beginning as much as possible, increase recall of the small details, and increase recall of the dreams in the first half of the night which is very poor.
