Sara's workbook
« on: June 01, 2009, 02:25:54 PM »
How many dreams do you remember a week on average?
At least 1 per day, sometimes 2 or three, so I that makes about 14 per week.

How many hours of sleep do you get a night on average?
6 - 9 hours. I try to get up every morning at 7:30 so it really depends on whether I go to bed early or late.

How do you wake up in the morning? (Alarm clock, someone awakens you, or other means)
2 Alarms: first one is 1,5 hours before my final alarm.

Do you consider yourself a light or a heavy sleeper?
Definitely a heavy sleeper. I sleep everywhere, regardless of light, noise etc.

My goal for this workshop is mainly to get back into the habit of recording my dreams, since I've been slacking for 4 months now

Tonight I'll start a 7-day-trial to see if I can write any notes during the night and I'll post my notes in my workbook :content:

You can!  You're going to do great.
What truly matters is not built of right and wrong; but of grace, and of love.
