Hello, this is my first workbook here at MM. I am exited !
-How many dreams do you remember a week on average?Well, if I take the average over the last years then it's about 21-35 dreams per week! But lately it has got down to around 15 per week, which I am not happy about. The main cause is that my sleep pattern is out of balance, but I am getting on track again (Exams are closing, a good sleep pattern is a must!).
-How many hours of sleep do you get a night on average? You can separate workdays/school days from days off.8 hours on school days and 10 hours in the weekends (off days)
-How do you wake up in the morning? (Alarm clock, someone awakens you, or other means)Unfortunately I am the one who oftens wakes up the family, it feels much better to get awake from someone else..

I school days I set my cell phone to alarm at 7:30, I then either cycle or walk to school 8:15. In off days I sleep until I can't sleep anymore
-Do you consider yourself a light or a heavy sleeper?A light sleeper! I always awake quick with noises going around me, yes a light sleeper I am.
Also, please make yourself a goal for how much you wish to increase your dream recall and post it in your workbook.At this point I want to get back at my normal dream recall, which is quite good! My normal dream recall is about 3-5 dreams per night with okay detail. That is my goal.
