Freespirits Workbook
« on: June 02, 2009, 07:58:32 AM »
-How many dreams do you remember a week on average?

0 - 4, ive been slacking for many months now.

-How many hours of sleep do you get a night on average?

5 - 7 usually =\

-How do you wake up in the morning?

Usually wake naturally just before my alarm's due to go off.

-Do you consider yourself a light or a heavy sleeper?

Id say more heavy than light but it seems to vary.

-Goal for the workshop

My goal is to remember 1 - 3 dreams per night, i intend to use the workshop as motivation to sleep more, journal more and reality test more (among other things)...

Big thank you Luminous for running this x

Actions:
• More sleep: Ive managed to get 7 - 8 hours sleep a night in the last 2 days, a definite improvement (believe it or not) on what ive been getting in recent weeks.
• Daily thought: Ive found myself thinking more on the topic of dreaming over the last few days.. mostly through thinking first about this workshop.

Results:
Managed to remember about 1 minute of a dream yesterday, quite unimpressive. I did however have better luck today, woke up mid-way through a dream and managed to recover fragments of what seemed like 4 seperate dreams.. Sadly i was late getting up so didnt really have time to work on recalling more content of each of them. Still.. a marked improvement on my average recall over the last few months.

Still, well done! :) For those who are not getting enough sleep, just sleeping more is enough to help dream recall.
