mu's book of work
« on: June 02, 2009, 11:33:04 PM »
Recall is the area I most need to work on with my dreams.  When I first joined MM last (August, was it?), I was not getting lucid.  My recall has not really changed much since then, but I'm definitely getting lucid!  Now I'm certain I'm getting lucid almost every night, usually in the first few dreams, but I can rarely recall much.  (Many of them start out the same, similar to an OOBE, and I usually just remember that part.)  So, to answer the last question first, I would like to remember at least these particular lucids.

-How many dreams do you remember a week on average?
4.9 dreams, 1.4 lucids, 5.3 fragments

-How many hours of sleep do you get a night on average? You can separate workdays/school days from days off.
5 or 6, or 8 (hopefully)

-How do you wake up in the morning? (Alarm clock, someone awakens you, or other means)
Dog. ::)  I wake up when I know I have to, never later, but sometimes earlier.

-Do you consider yourself a light or a heavy sleeper?
Light for the first few hours, then heavy.

We seem to have the same goal:  Remember those early-night lucids.  You know they are the best. ;)

Cool, I wish you much luck with it. :)

You know exactly what I mean, I think!  From reading your DJ I could probably tell which ones of yours were early.  (I'll bet a lot of them are.)  There's just no comparison--not only are the dreams better, it's such a clear state of mind.  There's lucid, and then there's real lucid.
