Haven't had anything too successful yet. Though, I've woken up a couple of times wondering whether I was lucid in a previous dream or not. I don't know whether it's just me being hopeful or whether I was actually lucid.
In any case, I
am making progress. I'm finally starting to WBTB regularly again, that will definitely help. All I could think about last night was Avatar, so I incorporated that into my visualizations. I did dream about Avatar, but nothing too epic. Just stuff about the balance of life and my sleep schedule or something, haha.
However, I do need to formulate a WBTB ritual of some sort. What I've been doing is browsing MM, thinking about my tasks, and listening to lucid MP3's, but I'm at a loss as to what else I should do. If there's someone in chat, I usually talk to them. I've toyed with the idea of actually drawing what I want to do on paper; it would let me practise my art and lucid dreaming skills.

I don't like eating in the middle of night, or drinking anything other than water. And I don't take supplements. Anybody have any ideas as to what I could do? Because half the time my mind drifts away from LD'ing.
