We've developed a number of techniques which will hopefully aid the reader in remembering lucid tasks. But the material goes a little deeper than that, I believe.
We've also tried to tie in the notions of task rememberance and dream incubation. We've explored the connections between what you leave in the real world and the possibility of retreiving it in the dream world.
All off these issues are closely related. Making gains in any one area, should aid you in increasing your abilities in the others. That's been my experience, and will hopefully be yours.
This is a pretty ambitious set of lessons. Take your time. I've developed some of these concepts over the last few years. It didn't happen over night for me, and probably won't for you. But with some patience, I believe the persistent learner will benefit a great deal from the concepts presented.
