Thanks for the description :)
For me I only tend to have 1 main aim and follow it, but i'm sure its helpful for the majority.

I'm just curious as to how having a plan, increases the time in a lucid?

Well in my personal experience when I have nothing to do in LD it tend to end quite quickly. At the other side all my longest LDs are those when I had several tasks planned and tried to complete it.
