LOL. Sorta the opposite of the "Several Glasses of Water at WBTB" method, but quite a bit safe.

I wasn't really trying to make myself thirsty.  I was trying to use it as a mnemonic.  I tried to focus on remembering that if I tasted salt, I needed to RC.

I wasn't really trying to make myself thirsty.  I was trying to use it as a mnemonic.  I tried to focus on remembering that if I tasted salt, I needed to RC.

precisely. Like using water as a mnemonic to create the sensation of having to pee, then using the urge to pee as a dreamsign or to force a reality check. Just a recipricol example that is more "dangerous" since you might pee yourself.

So might sodium levels influence dreams?  That's one question.  I'm already quite certain that hydration level influences my ability to recall and maybe lucidity as well.

Taste induced lucids.  I don't think I've seen that one around before.
