* These figures are estimates. I take a few minutes every morning to recall all of my dreams from the previous night, but only my lucid dreams make it to my dream journal. Even though I don't record my nonlucid dreams, I usually recall 1 or 2 full dreams plus a fragment every morning, plus I am a big fan of naps, and after my naps I almost always remember a full dream. So I feel that these numbers are pretty accurate - if anything, they are conservative estimates.
