Amethyst Star's Workbook
« on: May 01, 2008, 02:06:14 PM »
Here is my workbook.  I will be updating it when I get home from work tonight.

Well, there was one record... so that makes... one. :(

1) The number of recalled dreams for the month: 1
2) The number of recalled dream fragments for the month: 1
3) The number of lucid dreams for the month: 0

1) Dream recall average =  1/1 = 1
2) Dream fragment average = 1/1 = 1
3) Lucid dream average = 0/1 = 0

(April was a bad month for me.)

Note to self:  Create MM DJ.

Already noticing  a slight increase in my dream recall :boogie:

Techniques to incorporate into my virtually non-existent "routine:
-Set alarm clock for 4 hours
-Remember a keyword in the middle of the night to trigger recall
Returning to the basics... again.

Dream Signs:

People - There always seem to be a large number of people in my dreams.  There are occasional times where I and/or the focus character are alone or with a few people, but more often than not, there are always people around.

Large open spaces - 'm rarely in a normal-sized room.  Typically I am either outside, or in a room that is larger than it has a right to be.  I never spend much time there if I am in a small area.

Those are my two consistent dream signs.  All others seem to change just before or not long after I discover what they are.  I've thought about attempting to create a DS, but no luck so far.  Further persistence may be required.
