Cool thing to ponder over Greg lousy!
Like the responses above me, a lot of what lucid dreaming has done for myself is to open my mind and release fear. I had used to have nightmares often. Once I became lucid, I was able to confront fears head on and they subsided.
My mind (dreaming mind) never ceases to amaze me.
I found myself lucid in a dream where, unannounced a double of myself came crashing through the roof. With a very negative aura in the room, I began to fight myself. After going punch for punch I realized it was useless.
.....later realizing that the dream had meant far more to me. I began to not second guess myself and go with my gut. Believe in myself.
Not fight myself! This attitude was later seen by some friends as arrogance. To them all they had ever known before was a quiet, shy and timid person who was unsure of themselves. Now I'm just quiet.

Going to the moon. Cool idea and a lot safer than being an astronaut! Maybe when google moon comes out, we will see that hand print Shellidf!
What do you do walking around in the woods after dark Moonbeam?
