Some of you might recognise the name Charlie Morley, although I think he is more well known here in the UK than in other countries. Regardless, I sent him an email recently and touched upon time dilation in that. He got back to me today and included this:

Yes time can definitely be manipulated in LDs and in OBEs time is totally non-linear but untill you actively engage this kind of manipulation within the LD then the experience of time will remain constant for most people.
