I hope it's allowed to reply in woorkbooks, if not: you know how to delete a post ;)

I finally got my dream stuff on my ipod, so I have some subliminal stuff to listen to before I go to sleep, and if I wake up during the night, so I am adding that to these efforts to break this dry-spell.
The mp3s about creating a dreamspace are really nice! Good way to start the night (and fall asleep very easily, don't know if that's an advantage or not)

Good points of action, Moonbeam!
I noticed I could only WILD when I laid on my back (which is the least comfortable for me), so I have the experience that more 'unnatural' sleeping positions do help for more awareness. The less comfortable/natural the position, the 'lighter' you sleep and thus more aware you are during sleep?

Aww, you added my song too :content:
Nice thinking on creating a daytime playlist as well!

Maybe we can post songs that contain the word 'dream' in it, see, that could be a nice RC moment (thanks for the inspiration, MB!)

Hehe, just had a nice RC moment: listening to the link you posted, I wanted to scroll back, but Youtube didn't listen and kept playing the song, argh!

Nice playlist, Moonbeam!

Haha, I need to share this with you: all morning I had 1 line in mind 'daydream believer and homecoming queen'. I checked on youtube for the song and found this one:  http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vzHtO9quFQc&NR=1
The vid is so funny, I just had to share :D

I'm going to try the sequence from 'lucid dreaming' tonight (the one that starts with Brainwave Intro until the I Am Dreaming loop)
