For those of you who are drawn to read this I am going to ask something of you.
I would like you to try a technique the evening that you read this. You don't have to. But I would like it if you did.

After you have your body relaxed and you are comfortable after doing your favorite relaxation practice but before you go into HI,
I want you to follow your breaths in and out to the count of 6 counts in and 8 counts out.
Don't get hung up on the numbers just a little bit longer on the exhale than the inhale.
After a few minutes of breaths look at your body again to make sure that it is still relaxed in every part.
Then start visualizing yourself absorbing energy through every pore of your body (like a sponge) on the inhale,
feel it. At the same time visualize a paddle wheel spinning in your heart region as the energy comes in to you. It is a lot to visualize and there is a reason for this. Do the best that you can. If you like it, you can practice more and get more able to do all the visualizations. The most important is to try to visualize something that is really hard to visualize. If it is very easy for you to do the visualizations then add extra elements. I want your mind overwhelmed.
On the exhale, visualize the energy pouring out from your heart (with the paddle wheel spinning) up through your spine the energy goes and out the crown of your head,
feel it. Shoot the energy out to someone on this list (tonight's recipient would be good) or to anyone who you think might make use of it. No attachments, just for their use as best they see fit. Just direct it to or towards them. Use your imagination.
Continue for as long as you are willing and see where it takes you.
If the energy starts shooting up and down your spine, try not to scream out in pleasure. It might freak out your partner.
