6 years ago when I first heard about Gm and was taking it I never had heard about WBTB.  I always took it right before bedtime.  It allows the possibility to have LD/OBE for the next 6-7 hours.  Depends upon you.

Are you stating that I could have an LD/OBE that LASTS 6 or 7 hours or that I would have 6 or 7 hours to have an LD/OBE?  The longest LD I've ever had was about an hour and a half.. I can't even imagine having one last longer than that!

I was talking about this reality time frame that the LD/OBE could last 6-7 hours. I am not saying that it will .... just that the possibility is there.  It has happened or me.
 My experience out there is usually (not always) much longer then the "time" passed here.  Days, weeks, years. I always want to stay out longer than I get to.

That's fascinating!  I've had dreams that seemed to last for hours but never days, weeks or years!    I envy you those experiences!
