After you have turned out the lights and are relaxing for sleep, repeat your mantra for 5-10 minutes or better yet until you relax to the point you lose concentration.
Everyone now please compose a mantra and place it in your workbook.
My mantra:
I am dreaming.. this is all a dream..
If I am anywhere other than my bedroom.. I am dreaming.
If I see my mom.. I am dreaming.
If I see my dad.. I am dreaming.
If I see my sister Bxxxxx.. I am dreaming.
If I see my sister Exx.. I am dreaming.
If I see my dogs anywhere other than home.. I am dreaming.
If I am lost or things don't work as they should.. I am dreaming.
I am dreaming.. this is all a dream..
I will easily remember the details of my dreams.
I will recall their beginning, what happens and their ending.
