Middle of the night technique:Been doing this for about a month now, alarm after 4,5 and 6 hours of sleep. Usually, I wake up, re-set the alarm, put on a song on my iPod and fall back asleep. Tonight, I'll try to actually get up, visit MM for a short while and use one of the lucid induction mp3-series.
