VideoILD (Video Induced Lucid Dream)

This is a simple procedure that we've wanted to try for a long, long time, but had been unable to find the proper videos for doing it. Well, we just found a site with the kind of videos we need...so here's the procedure.

1) Watch a video before going to bed where you are flying high over landscapes, while imagining yourself in the scene.
2) After getting a few hours of sleep, or when you usually try to WILD or enter a lucid, imagine yourself back in the scene you were watching before going to bed.  If all goes well, you will find yourself back in the scene in a WILD.

Below is the site we found that has the kind of videos you can do this with.  You can join for free, and then either watch the videos on the site, or else download them, and play them with Windows Media Player, so you can view them on the entire screen.

Once on the site type "Flying over" in the search window, and you will find all kinds of videos where you will find yourself hovering over landscapes, etc, most of which seem to last about 5 minutes.

Yes we have. The first night we tried watching the video before going to bed we were able to get back into the scene after waking up during the night, and found our self way up in the sky looking down on these landscapes below. So we know it will work.

Every time we've gone to Epcot, and gone on that Sourin ride they have we've thought afterwards that if we could just get something like this to watch before going to bed at night, that we could get it into our spirit and help us get out of our body. And we finally found a site that has the kind of videos we need to do it with.

You can also search Yahoo or YouTube for "Flying Over", and find some remarkable videos there also, but we've found no way to download them yet so we can watch them on a full screen like we can from this site after we download them.

We went through about 14 pages of these kinds of videos on the site last night, and downloaded about 20 more of them, and plan to go through the rest of the pages as soon as we get time. Plus we ordered a 100 foot HDMI cable to hook our computer up to our Smart TV with so that we will be able to watch the videos on our big screen TV, so am looking forward to trying that.

WOW, a technique I never heard before although i read a lot of techniques. Some things were extremly stupid, others were really cool. and your idea is cool too
