Low Level Lucidity
I don't know. I considered officially counting this one but decided not to. Kind of odd as I clearly knew I was dreaming for a bit but didn't really feel very lucid.
I'm with an unknown dream character that I seem to know in the dream. We both know we are in a dream but I don't have any recall of a moment of realization. And knowing we are dreaming we are both being silly and having fun acting absolutely ridiculous trying to freak out other dream characters with our obnoxious behavior. Such as being outside of a house and jumping around acting all crazy outside of these peoples window and looking at at them making faces at them and waving arms wildly and yelling crazily.
The next thing I know is we end up in a car on the road and continuing with our obnoxious behavior trying to freak out other drivers on the road through the windows.
But then I lose what lucidity I have when we get into a terrible accident and slam into the tail end of what seems to be some kind of tanker trailer truck for gasoline or oil or some such. On impact a fire erupts and I notice the side doors of the car kind of crushed tight and I don't know if I can get the doors open. But with some relief I manage to get my side door unlocked and the door pushed open. But then I notice my friend is caught in a seatbelt and can't get out. I'm aware that an explosion is about to occur at any moment and my friend is trapped.
With disregard to my own safety I remain to struggle with getting my friend loose of the seatbelt. Luckily I manage to get the seatbelt unstuck and pull my friend out of the car and dragged away just as the explosion happens. We make it barely out of range of the blast. Then their is a disturbing moment of chunks of blood and gore from bodies blown apart and other debris from the vehicles that are caught in the explosion raining down on us when I wake.
A Walk At The Park
This dream was actually earlier but I was just out for a walk with my lost friend at the park. Nothing overly odd happens but the whole thing has an odd feel to it. My lost friend keeps running back and forth from one side of the trail to the other excitedly as it seems she has has caught the scent of some animal that has just crossed the trail and wants to see what it is. And I have to keep trying to keep her from running off into the woods on the chase for whatever it was. And there are some ponds along the trail that she seems eager to jump into and I'm trying to keep her from doing that as well.
For some reason I begin thinking about the possibility of running into a bear or some such. The sun is beginning to set and we are on the way back home. As the sun is setting and the thought of bears enters my mind I notice my headphones are on and there is music that changes becoming more exciting and tense like, as if changing to play to the theme of danger approaching.
I see something moving just over there partially obscured by trees. And I'm thinking oh crap. But it turns out it's a false alarm when two people on horseback come into full view. My lost friend getting all excited over the sight and smell of the horses I scoop her up and try to calm her down so she doesn't spook the horses. (This is a thing that has occurred a few times on our walks in reality as there are horse stables, riders, and sometimes hey rides at a place we often went for walks at.) I wake as we are waiting for the riders to pass by.
-A barely remembered fragment of being at home and preparing myself for some world ending event that seems is about to happen outside.
